On January 10th, Gladesmore Community School hosted Haringey's "Cabinet in the Community" event, which was focused around the issue of the rising cost of living.

Gerry Robinson (Executive Headteacher and Designated Safeguarding Lead, Haringey Learning Partnership) emailed to say that they "were totally blown away by the students that were sat at our table. They were confident, bright and engaging and shared some fantastic ideas. They were a credit to Gladesmore. Please do thank and congratulate them"

Following this successful event, the school council has been invited to attend the February cabinet meeting. The councillor commented that she was really looking forward to "some youthful energy in the chamber!"
