The Council in partnership with local schools are proposing to develop a multi-sports floodlit area, to be utilised by local schools and the community, on the former bowls green in Markfield Park. This is subject to successfully obtaining the funding required.

At this stage we would like to give local residents/parents and young people the opportunity to look at what we are proposing in terms of the development and to discuss the next stage.

We are holding two Focus Group Sessions where you will have the opportunity to speak to people involved in this project and have your say.

These will be held on:
